These terms govern use of this website, operated by Axxion Claims Settlement Services L.L.C. ("Axxion"), a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trade licence no. 1610508, registered office at Al Shafar Investment Building, Offices 124, 125 & 135, Al Quoz, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Accessing or using this website confirms acceptance of these terms. Anyone who does not accept them should not use the site.

1. Purpose of the website. This website provides general information about Axxion's motor claims third-party administration services. It is intended for insurers, repairers, and commercial partners. Nothing on it constitutes an offer, a binding quotation, insurance advice, or legal advice.

2. No reliance. Information is provided in good faith for general understanding. Axxion's services are delivered only under separately signed agreements, and the terms of any engagement are governed by that agreement, not by this website.

3. Intellectual property. All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, data visualizations, and design — is owned by Axxion or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. It may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written consent, except for brief extracts shared with normal attribution.

4. Acceptable use. Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use automated means to extract data beyond ordinary search-engine indexing.

5. Third-party links. The site may link to external resources. Axxion is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party sites.

6. Limitation of liability. The website is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Axxion is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site, including any reliance on its content.

7. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

This policy explains how Axxion Claims Settlement Services L.L.C. ("Axxion") handles personal data collected through this website. Axxion is the data controller. It is committed to handling personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and its implementing framework.

1. Data collected. Through the contact form, Axxion collects the role, name, email address, WhatsApp number, and message content that the sender provides. The site may also collect standard technical data (such as browser type and pages viewed) for security and performance.

2. How it is used. Personal data submitted through the form is used solely to respond to the enquiry and to follow up about the matter raised. Technical data is used to keep the site secure and to improve its performance.

3. Legal basis. Personal data is processed on the basis of the consent given when the form is submitted, and Axxion's legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

4. Sharing. Axxion does not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers (for example, hosting and email providers) acting on Axxion's instructions and bound to protect it. Data may be disclosed where required by law or a competent authority.

5. Transfers. Where data is processed outside the UAE by a service provider, Axxion takes steps to ensure an adequate level of protection consistent with UAE law.

6. Retention. Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Security. Axxion applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.

8. Individual rights. Subject to UAE law, individuals may request access to their personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, and may withdraw consent at any time. Requests are made to hi@axxion.co and are handled within the period required by law.

9. Cookies. The site uses only the cookies necessary for its operation and, where applicable, basic analytics. Browser settings can be used to limit cookies.
